tmobile wont know anything because they would of sold it to lowell ( prob about a £5). you had no contract with lowell.
On the claim form should say something like " if you dont respond in 14days you agree to the claim" this is how they get you.
did you send everything recorded post and kept copys of the letter when requested?0 -
yes i have copies of all correspondence and replies (lack of) i contacted lowell and because i do have another account with them and they have no record of any others either..
however i did reply to all claim forms and disbuted the balance.. i also noted that requesting the agreement or contract becomes drydens responsibility and they can not take court action until they have provided it, i mentioned this to them numerous times but they have ignored everything.
i have no intention of paying a balnce from 2007 that i have no knowledge of on the say so of drydens - it is literally because they say it exists - they cant even tell me what for except its tmobile0 -
You cant take anything that anyone says thats why need the proof.
The court only want to see the "facts" not arguments.
keep your all your evidence, receipts and letters you sent.
you may be able to set it aside with n244 form,
