Hi everyone
New to the forum. With winter on the horizon im thinking about getting home emergency cover for my boiler, central heating and maybe the plumbing.
Has anyone on here got this type of cover? Anything I should look out for - should I just get the cheapest, they all look pretty similar to me in terms of what they offer.
Also anyone have any experience of getting this with their own energy company or are some of the other folks like AA or Homeserve better?
Thanks in advance and hope i posted this in the right place!

As in all walks of life you get what you pay for. There are many stories on here of the cheap providers using subcontractors just getting fobbed off on things they should be covered for.0

remember a home emergency policy is different to a boiler breakdown cover.
In a home emergency, they will only come out for certain scenarios, they will only guarantee temporary repairs as well.
