Which foods do you avoid like the plague?

I don't eat:
* All meat
* All fish
* Dairy (cheese, milk or anything containing dairy)
* Eggs
* White refined carbs (pasta, noodles, spaghetti, rice)
* Sugar
* Flour
* Ready meals or take-aways
* Deep fried or breaded food
* All oil apart from coconut oil
* All meat

Haha the list of what I eat is endless
I eat:
* beans
* pulses
* brown rice
* brown noodles
* brown cous cous
* spices
* coconut milk
* almond milk
* home-made curries
* porridge oats
* cake made with coconut flour and argave syrup
* tofu occasionally
* fruit
* vegetables
* huge salads
* smoothies
* fresh juice
* guacamole, humous

Well I used to suffer with binge eating and was very overweight so I have to be fussy/strict with my self. I don't miss all the crappy food though tbh0

I am a vegan so follow a similar diet to Daniella although I do eat a bit of sugar & flour. I avoid takeaways as they are likely to have animal products in them (and because they cost so much), but will have deep fried food from time to time. I eat mainly veg, legumes, grains, nuts, fruit and seeds.
I'm not keen on warm sultanas either...

Completey off topic, but I'm pretty much adopting this diet for just over a month to lose a bit of weight as quick as possible. Currently making a 5 week meal plan. Would you mind sharing a couple of favourite meals?Debt free (finally) and saving a deposit for my first home.0 -

Celery, all kinds of offal kidneys liver etc, hot pineapple,lamb and horlicks. All avoided!!0
