I try to avoid manufactured food and I avoid food supplements. If I'm having to take drugs/vitamins/supplements/etc, then it's probably because I've got a bad/unbalanced diet.
Mainly, I'll do my best to eat local and seasonal food.
The OP may feel amazing, but the food miles for her diet probably have the planet coughing up a lung.
Tonight for dinner we're having roast beetroot which will be done with garlic, rosemary and thyme, potatoes, and possibly some chicken. The chicken will have travelled the furthest - around one mile. The rest has been dug/picked from the garden.
It will be washed down with elderflower cordial (elderflowers & lemons also coming from the garden), and if we're feeling naughty, maybe an apple crumble for dessert. If we don't go for apple crumble, then maybe just a bunch of grapes. (no prizes for guessing where the grapes & apples are picked)
I don't like eating celery, but it's good for stirring a bl**dy Mary and I'm not a fan of cucumber unless it's in a glass of Hendricks.1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?

I'm not as fussy as I used to be! I can't live without meat or dairy. I'm a cheese-a-holic! Does mean I have good teeth, skin and nails though!0 -

Also custard is the spawn of the devil! I loathe itThe best portion of your life will be the small, nameless moments you spend smiling with someone who matters to you.0 -

Same goes for anything which filter feeds and you then consume.
I've recently started buying gluten free bread and I feel much better.
