Hi there, not sure if this is the correct forum to post this question on or not. feel free to move it if need be.
We are currently paying out £23 a month on an MPG policy with Halifax and I am now considering stopping this as I have the feeling it wouldn't pay out anyway. It was initially taken out when both DH and I were employed and we used it for a year when DH was unemployed. A few years later he became self-employed and then we moved house. We renewed the MPG for the new house. I then became self-employed for almost two years but chose to stop work last December. Now that I am not working and DH is self-employed is it safe to say they probably won't pay out if he can't work? I am now looking for work so maybe I should hang on to it just in case? What do you think?

I just changed my mortgage repayment protection from my bank - it was £33 a month and have got it for £10 a month! I used moneysupermarket.com to find the cheapest site.0
