So my steam cleaner packed up again, only 10 months old. Emailed Amazon, got a reply the same day telling me a new one is on it's way and with a returns label attached.
I had an issue with some hair straighteners earlier this year and while they couldn't replace them, they refunded me straight away.
Can't fault them, other companies could learn a lot.

That pretty much mirrors my experience of buying with them. The High Street could learn lessons from them.0
