I'm in need of a new tyre pressure/tread depth gauge for my car. Here are some examples I am looking at:
Halfords Digital Pressure/Tread Gauge
Michelin Programmable Digital Tyre Pressure Gauge
Halfords Analogue Tyre Pressure and Tread Depth Gauges
Are the analogue pressure/tread depth gauges more accurate than the digital gauges? I'm unable to find a guide on how accurate the Halfords analogue pressure/tread depth gauges are.

This test is 3 years old now but is probably still useful:

I bought the Ring one on the strength of this test, but I haven't cross-checked it against a properly calibrated gauge so I can't really comment on how accurate it is.0 -
I have had the Michelin one for about 2 years now. Very accurate, easy to use and the light is a bonus.0

My tyre tool kit has a mechanical tubular tyre pressure guage and a mechanical tyre depth guage. They're accurate enough for all practical intents and purposes. They also have no batteries to run out before you need to use them. Keep it simple. If you fold it in half, will an Audi A4 fit in a Citroen C5?

Here's a more up to date test:

Surprisingly the Halfords one came top!0 -
you can get them very cheaply id lidl or asda. They sell these basic thread dept and tyre pressure tools for less than a fiver.0

Why do you need a depth gauge? The tyres are marked and fingertips will soon tell you if you are below the minimum.0

I've had no less than 3 of these cheapy digital gauges - my grandchildren give me them as presents.
They have all given up the ghost and are now in the bin.
The gauges that is - not the grandchildren! LOL
I'm still using my old Motometer analogue one.
It's got a round dial approx 2" (50mm) diameter and is bomb proof.
Looks like this:

Porsche used to supply one in the car tool kit.
Pricey - but plenty similar style copy versions on the Bay of E.0
