Old loan account with ppi

Hi guys need some help my mam used to have a loan with abbey national a few yrs ago. The account is now closed but have no paperwork or account details I was wondering how do I go about putting a complain in to reclaim ppi. In the past I've just used the online questionnaire to reclaim my ppi on other accounts with great success. I would really appreciate ur help
