    The TRS sellers board on eBay suggest that they have proof that leaving a positive negates a strike. Whilst it is not 'proof' a pink did once post to say that he agreed that leaving a positive meant strike would be removed and if buyer complained seller would get their own strike for misusing the feedback system.

    I also have had people not pay me and when looking at their feedback notice these daft false positives which suggest that buyer does not have 2 strikes as otherwise they could not have bid. Looking at my blocked buyer logs, my blocks show those that have been unable to bid due to too many unpaid strikes have no false positives.
