What Software Packages to Use?

I currently use Spybot Search and Destroy as well as ACG antivirus as well as a firewall call Zonealarm.
Are there any other packages that are available for free that are good for keeping a system running smoothly.
The reason I ask is because at the moment when I watch clips on Youtube the video regualary stops and starts throughout a clip. One final problem I have is that when I boot my system up at the start and select the Internet icon in order to access the Internet, it usually takes around 2 minutes for the page to open.
I hope someone can help, thanks in advance.

On top of what you already use, which are all great free programs that protect your system, I would download and run CCleaner, http://ccleaner.com/ this will clean up all the rubbish in your system and should help it run smoother, Another great anti spyware program is Spywareblaster- http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/sbdownload.html, Try these two and see how it goes. As for the Youtube problem, this could be due to your Broadband speed. Hth. Alan.Every day when I wake up I thank the Lord I'm WELSH. .0

There's also Ad-Aware personal edition for anti-spyware.
I sometime watch YouTube videos at work, I work for a large telecoms company and we have very fast internet access. Despite this some of the videos stop and start, it's more to do with YouTube's bandwidth than anything else. It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die0 -
When you install CCleaner make sure you untick the install Yahoo toolbar box.Move along, nothing to see.0

I think there's an issue around at the moment with flash video playback in firefox and IE, something to do with the latest upgrade...it seems to freeze browsers completely in some cases.
This might not be what you're experiencing- does the red bar that indicates how much has downloaded fill up completely before it stops playing back? If not, then it might be a bandwidth or CPU issue. If so, it could be a flash problem.0
