They are in Turkey.

The first thing that jumped out at me is the risk of contracting blood-borne viruses by dental treatment. I know this is a big risk in some parts of east asia (as well as other parts of the world), but wasn't sure about turkey so I googled it and the website below states that there is a risk of contracting hepatitis B and HIV through poorly sterilised dental equipment. Might be worth looking further into that.

Having said that not sure how hard you should rely on that website as it's advice was just to watch out for the dental tools being used on you. You won't be able to tell if they're really sterile just from sight.0

I work for a cosmetic dentist and we regularly get people coming in who have been abroad for treatment (lots from hungary recently) and now need a lot of remedial work to fix the awful job they have had done. Not worth the risk IMO.0
