Capital One balance Transfer

Trying to do a balance trasnfer with capital one to my asda money card.

It keeps saying my payee account number is invalid, ive tried without spaces and with spaces yet still nothing!!! Even tried the account number on the bottom of my statements but nope still nothing.

Starting to annoy me now:mad:, im not ringing a premium rate number getting charged 5 p a minute to be put on hold, and transfer a balance.

Anyone got a solution or has this problem themselves??

What are you actually doing? What payee account number?

Normally you have to do this on the Asda side and need the 16-digit C1 card number to transfer the balance from C1 to Asda.

you need to call the card provider that you are moving the debt to..

if that is CapOne: call 0800 9525252 or 0800 9525354. no need to call a premium rate number.

if it is Asda Bank: call 0800 9152228 or their Birmingham number: 0121 712 5348.

...& just have both of your cards to hand when you do so.
