Dualit - Amazing customer service

Hi,
I've been having a rant on here about another company and their poor customer service so I thought I should even things out by sharing a positive experience I recently had.
I bought a Dualit 4 slice toaster from a seller advertising through Amazon about 2 years ago. Two of the four slots recently stopped working. I tried to contact the seller but found out they had folded.
I emailed Dualit who advised me to post the toaster back to them and their engineer would look at it.
We had an email back within a week saying that the toaster could not be repaired so they would send a new one! It arrived last week as they promised. One of the most pleasurable companies I have ever had to deal with!!
