eBay pictures not showing

Hope I'm in the right place for this silly (but frustrating) problem.
When I search for items on eBay the pictures don't show up. I don't have a problem with any other programme, just eBay. Wondering if it's my laptop or their programme, and if/how I can rectify it?

When viewing items in ebay search lists, there are options to customise the search results view.
One of those options is to see pictures or not.

When you are viewing the search results, hover the mouse pointer over the View: dropdown at top right of the list.
Then click on Customise...
Under Show details, make sure the Picture box is ticked.

Thank you wealdroam, for your sensible and very useful info. I followed your suggestion and went back to original settings which has cured the problem (though why they changed originally I have no idea, must be the anti-tech goblin!). Thanks again.
