Personal Loan 7 day cooling off

Hi,
Just wondering where I would stand on the basis of a personal loan where the first payment was made before 7 days had passed from recieving the loan.
This is a provident loan. The person who has it had to make a payment immediately upon getting the loan.
What is the standing on this?

If they decided they didn't want the loan, then they would just pay the remaining balance.0
