Praise and vent for Dell Outlet

To cut a long story short, Ordered a Dell outlet laptop on the 10th September, Delivery within 7 working days. A few days later get an email with an estimated delivery of 28th Sept. After an online chat and a phone call i get no where, and send an email to the corporate office.
Next day i receive a phone call with a delivery date of the 20th. To cut an even longer story short the laptop turns up on the 19th minus its power adaptor. So another phone call at 4pm and apparently one will be with me the next day. Day after comes and 8.10am a bloody loud bang on the door ups man standing there with my new charger.
So morel of the story, even though outlet orders are pre-built and supposedly tested before being listed it will sill take a while to receive it. I must admit i was seriously impressed with the new charger delivery, they had sent it for before 9am delivery and so i am impressed with Dells customer care, just not their delivery speeds
