Full Terms and Conditions

This Promotion is open only to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees (or members of their immediate families) of the Promoter, its affiliates or any of the companies or agencies associated with this Promotion (or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion).
2. Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering, entrants accept these terms and conditions.
3. The Promotion begins at 00.01hrs on Monday 12th August 2013 and ends at 23:59 on Sunday 3rd November 2013 (“The Promotion Period”). All entries after this date will be deemed invalid.
4. Only one entry per household. System checks will be performed and those submitting more than one entry per postal address will be disqualified.
5. No purchase necessary. To enter, visit www.sanex.co.uk/healthyskinchallenge, fill in all fields on the online entry form and press ‘Submit’.
6. There is one prize of a three night break to Iceland for two people and 50 prizes of a Sanex Goody Bag.
7. Prize winners will be selected at random from all valid entries and under the supervision of an independent party on Monday 4th November.
8. Prize winners will be notified by email using the e-mail address provided by the entrant within 5 working days after the closing date.

Three night break to Iceland for two people includes:

• A 3-night break to Iceland for 2 people.

1. Winners of a Sanex Goody Bag must respond to the notification email with a full postal address in order for the prize to be dispatched.
2. Goody bag prizes will be dispatched to each winners’ address, as provided by them. All prizes are sent via 1st class Royal Mail recorded or special delivery. Please allow 30 days for delivery after confirmation with winners (prize winners will be notified by email within 5 working days after the closing date). If there is no one available to sign for your order, Royal Mail will leave a notification card and your prize will be taken to your local post office where it will be available for collection. If 30 days or more have passed and your prize has not been received, please contact Sanex Promotion, Sense Marketing Services, 2nd Floor, Century House, 100 Oxford Street, W1D 1LN.
3. All prizes must be accepted as offered. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Prize winners are responsible for all expenses not specifically included in their prize. Prize winners must reply via return email to officially accept their prize. The promoter will send one follow up email. If the prize winner fails to respond by email within 28 working days of being contacted to accept their prize, then the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select an alternative prize winner and the prize winner who has not responded will not be entitled to a prize or any alternative.
4. The Iceland trip prize winner's name and county will be made available by writing to Trip to Iceland Competition, Colgate Palmolive (UK) Limited, Unit 1b Guildford Business Park, Midleton Road, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 8JZ, UK within 28 days after the closing dates.
5. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and other members of its group of companies along with any agents and third parties connected to the Promoter in any way, hereby expressly exclude all warranties, conditions and other terms which might otherwise be implied by the law of equity, common law or statute and any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any entrant or winner in connection with the Promotion and any prizes.

As a condition of your entry into the Promotion, you hereby agree to indemnify the Promoter and its officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all liabilities, damages and all other expenses (including costs and legal fees) arising from or out of any claims resulting directly or indirectly from any prize.

If entrants opt in to receive further information from the Promoter, they agree to be contacted by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for and will not accept any late, incorrectly submitted, incomplete, corrupted or inaccurate entries, whether due to error, omission, theft, alteration, deletion, tampering, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. 12. The decision of the Promoter in is final in all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Only the prize and runners up winners will be notified. Prize descriptions are correct as at time of print.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to award alternative prizes of equal or comparable value, or to alter details of prizes if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control, or should any advertised prize or any part of it become unavailable for any reason.

15. The terms and conditions of this promotion are governed by English law and any question relating to their application and interpretation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Specific prize terms and conditions for three night break to Iceland for two people; You and your chosen guest will be responsible for travel insurance, travel to and from London airport and all other personal expenses. £100pp travel allowance will be provided before travel via bank transfer. You both must have a valid machine readable passport with minimum 6 month validity beyond the return date, with at least 2 unstamped pages and a visa (if applicable). Travel is available up to the end of July 2014 (subject to availability) but excludes Christmas and New Year (20-12-2013 – 04-1-2014), and UK Bank Holiday periods and once booked cannot be amended. The prize winner must provide 6 weeks’ notice before preferred departure date. At least one of the travelling party must be 18 years of age or older. Additionally, guests below the age of 16 must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Terms and Conditions of the carriers apply.

None of you should enter this competition. Iceland is a nasty, horrible place. You would hate it. The only reason I've entered is because I am at heart a masochist. Therefore I strongly suggest you all steer clear and leave this one for me to suffer with.

Went through okay in Chrome

Had troubles entering in IE9. Had to use the tab key and then press space bar to tick boxes. Got there in the end though.
