New condensation on outside of windows

I had new double glazing fitted to 5 windows in July
4 are small arched windows north windows dormers Over the past few mornings when I get up I am finding that the windows have condensation but it is wet on the outside of the windows. There is about 3" clear and the rest "frosted" It clears in a couple of hours. Initially I thought thought it was between the glass but it is definately on the glass on the outside. The dining room window which OK. Can anyone say whether this is a problem that needs to be dealt with ?
I am still having the glass in 3 velux windows and they are doing the work on Thursday.
Any advice would be appreciated Many thanks
Sue

Quite normal at certain times of the year.0

If it makes you feel better, the insulative properties of your new windows are working to keep your house warm.
Dew forms outside on cold surfaces - like on your car windscreen. The heat inside your house isn't escaping through the window glass, therefore there's no heat to evaporate the dew.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
