Sorry to butt in on your thread but how weird? I have an Android and since Saturday mine's said the same thing, I've deleted all texts, mails, and even some photos but still get the same message..ie..internal memory full..I've checked settings and I have loads of room left on the SD card and I'm confused..0

Does this help ?

I'm on Vodafone so I'll check to see if they have a similar page.
Thanks.0 -
The advice will be the same anyway so use that one.0

What about the apps, can you remove some you don't use or clear app cache.Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0

I've got a basic Android phone with a small internal memory. I found that the best way to free up space was go through the app management menu and remove updates from Google+, so that Google Hangouts went back to Google Talk etc. It freed up loads of space, so if you don't use them, it's worth doing (and turn off automatic updates on Google Play).
Also delete data from all the apps where you can - I found that the Google browser had managed to take up about 6mb of data the other day.0 -
you might want to check - when you delete a text/email is it actually removed from the phone, or does it go into a "deleted/trash" folder. If so, make sure you empty it too!1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?0 -
Sorry, I can't help you there (I don't know Android), but normally if it exists, it will be at the same level that you have Inbox and Sent Items1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?0 -
Move as many apps as you can to the SD card. You do this in settings - applications. Or you could do it with my old android phone (htc wildfire). Some apps can't be moved, but things like games can be.0
