How long until cancelled payment shows on CC

I made a mistake and entered the wrong amount to pay on a credit card online about 5 weeks go. Phoned them up and they cancelled it with no problems.

However, it's showing as 'cancelled on the CC but the amount isn't yet back on the CC.

Is this normal? How long does it normally take?

Ring them up and query it, would expect this to get sorted ina week or so, so pursue it with your card issuer.
