moving funds offshore back to uk

  • paying retention tax doesn't exempt you from reporting your income accurately to HMRC, and paying the correct rate of tax on it.

    You have well and truly been caught with your pants down, you should have known that HMRC has been chasing Jersey for a while now ;)

    Just own up and pay what you owe, there's no way now that HMRC will not be made aware of assets you have had tucked away in Jersey, it's only a matter of time :cool:
