june now getting worried no renewal packs arrived rang them last week to ask where it was and they said information i gave name address insurance number etc was incorrect not on computer been getting it since it started anyone else had problems husband rang later with info he had no problem everything on computer correct mine included said our forms had been sent to our name address but ended up being sent to another part of the country

Don't worry we got them instead, my children have been too old to qualify for two years but this year we got the forms, needless to say I won't be opening he letter before I recycle it.0
