BT reporting at old address

Just got my £2 stat report from equifax and noticed that BT are reporting correctly (all payments up to date) but at my old address which I moved from 8 months ago.
I have emailed BT to rectify this as obviously it's wrong - They have my new address as they still supply me here.
Is there anything else I need to do?
Clearly I'll need to order another £2 stat report in a month or so to check that they've done it as BT don't report to Noddle where I usually check on a monthly basis.

If it's all upto date whats the problem?
Does the address where the account is registered at matter?
The same happened to me but I just left it wasn't worth the hassle.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0 -
Have heard of some lenders not liking active accounts at multiple addresses. But no, if not causing a specific problem with a lender then it's no big deal.Still rolling rolling rolling......

Thanks for the responses.
Not sure if it is causing me problems or not.
Recently got rejected for a barclaycard initial after the pre-check showing 90% chance - as this is a card for people with poor credit I'm not sure why - only bad thing on my report is an old default from 2010 which I am trying to settle (but they don't seem to want payment)!
My other accounts are up-to-date.
I don't actually really want a CC - but thought of it as a good way of improving my credit worthiness- so intended to only spend around 20-50 per month on it and pay back in full.
Will wait for them to correct it and then maybe re-apply after a few months.0 -
OK guys - not sure what the next step is;
"Hello XXXXX
Thanks for your email.
You credit file is linked to all your addresses, your service with us is for XXXXXXXXX (Current address)
You will need to speak to the credit agency about your credit file as we have no access to this im sorry.
Best Wishes

I got this email from BT
And equifax say that this is down to BT and I need to ask them to change it...so who is at fault and what do I do next to get this issue sorted?0 -
Thought I'd update you guys...
4 emails
2 letters
and
2 reports later
still no change! Raised a dispute with CRA who said it has to be changed by BT...
Phone call to a fantastic advisor at BT today and she changed it while on the system and said it should be correct on my next report...time will tell!
Will let you all know in Jan when I order my next report0
