Hi,
I am about to hit 4 months into a 6 month tenancy agreement and starting to piece together what needs to be done.
Does anyone know the cost of renewing etc? Their costs at the start where pretty high so i want to have the full facts e.g. any ways of getting them reduced/removed?
Any help is always appreciated.

It won't cost you anything tell them you are going to go onto a rolling contract ,check your tenancy ag. see if it has the landlords contact details on it if it does before talking with the agent contact the landlord explain you are happy living in the property and would like to stay a lot longer but want to go onto a SPT ,if they are happy with that which they should be as it saves them money too then go and tell the agent what you are doing .
If the details arenot on the contract then request them in writing from the letting agent who has by law 21 days to get them to you deflect any questions in relation to the request and if possible get someone in the agents office to sign a copy of the letter of request to prove they have recieved it .0 -
