Securing earth cable against concrete lintel
evoke
I need to secure a thick earthing cable against a concrete lintel that runs across the top of a window. I've used clips either side into the brickwork joins but I cannot hammer the clips into the concrete lintel, so the cable sags a little.
I'm looking for an easy way of securing the cable tightly against the lintel.

either drill the lintel or fix a length of tube to span it
or maybe move the cable up so it is above the lintel0 -

Exactly, pin into the mortar joint above the lintel, lintel areas are likely to get drilled:eek:, for curtain rails etc.I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)
Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed0
