Lombard Direct PPI

Hi
I took out a loan with Lombard in 2002 for £6000 which I repaid early in 2005. I have put in a claim for PPI but had to request copy of my loan agreement as I had no loan account numbers. I have received copy of the loan agreement but it shows that PPI was taken out and I had signed the agreement on the same page. I'm obviously doubtful now that they will pay out but just wondered if anyone had reclaimed PPI in similar circumstances? I've written to RBS who are dealing with this as nothing to lose but do you think they will not now pay out?

What are you actually complaining about? Can't really advise without the full facts.0
