Car finding companies

Anyone have any experience of these companies. Are they genuine and useful? I have heard of a company called Palmdale. I only want a smallish three year old car but it must be fully automatic. Anyone ever used palmdale?

Which companies are you looking at? What sort of car? New one or used?

One with a nice webpage and a mobile number who charge you £200 to look through the autotrader website that you can do for free?
Send you a few links to some cars that may or may not be what you asked for and never to speak to you again?

As with everything these days you need to do your homework.

Don't quite see the point in them unless you're looking for something very rare/old/exotic and you've got a limitless budget?

For just your everyday car then I dont see the point, with the internet now its even easier to find the car that you want, Autotrader is fantastic to put in exactly what you want.

I'd only use one of these sites if I had a lot of money and I was looking for some vintage old car that was rare and I had a big budget, I think you know what I mean. If you really are daunted about finding a new car ask a friend to come along and help you.
