How do I cancel an old store card?

I recently checked my credit file and noticed I still have an old unused store card going back some years, with a credit balance of £3.
I know the advice is to get these old cards removed from your credit file but I don't even know the card number anymore as it expired years ago and having moved home a few times since, I don't actually have a physical card.
How can I go about getting this card closed?
It is now run by Santander Cards I believe.
Many thanks

Yes of course,, but not having used the card for years and not knowing the card number I wasn't sure how best to proceed, especially as the card is now with a different supplier.
I will give it a go and call Santander Cards.
Thank you0
