I joined up on Mon night, played my £10, won £26, withdrew it, (16 hours to track) received winnings today, but voucher not received so called them up (0800 on the site) yesterday and was told that if you selected the bonus the voucher would automatically be sent out within 24hours, but if you didn't accept the bonus it may get missed.
C/S emailed my voucher yesterday afternoon after my call.

Forgot to mention, took delivery of a Tesco online order on Tues - £60 worth of stuff, minus £30 of e-coupons (new shopper and all the mag coupon codes). It included the £25 C200 electric toothbrush which was out of stock. I'd ticked 'no subs' so got the lot for a fiver delivered!

This is brilliant, would this work any day of the week or does it have to be for Tuesdays only?

I'm more than 24 hours and still not tracked...but I only noticed an activation/validation link in my junk folder this morning so wonder if only clicking that today will have delayed things

Any day of the week - just got to hope the C200 is out of stock. Considered asking for subs this time to see which toothbrush they'd give me if out of stock.

You could always give the toothbrush back to the driver if you don't want it - that'd bring the whole shop down to a fiver, too.
