Well just got a reply from msl. They have said I will get paid sometime this week. They also told me off for shopping at a tesco express, even though my receipt clearly states I shopped in an Extra :rotfl: and that my cashback will be reduced to reflect the higher prices charged in Tesco expressed. She has even attached a screenshot of the rules. Well Im completely baffled. Have worked out what I was due and matches what Terri has put anyhow.

Oh well ...........................

I think that when you go to the clicksnap online offers page it is basically you telling clicksnap to check out your upcoming T orders rather than them check your account every few days whether you've ordered or not
