I too have loads of lovely kitchen stuff from the 80% off glitch. And still loads of new knives in the cupboard. When my sis had her 25th wedding anniversary vintage t party recently she even asked to borrow my bread knife from then. And she is a caterer with really expensive knives!

I have the £60 set of knives packed away on top of the wardrobe rose. :D

We have decided that when we get our caravan next year we will take our old sabatier ones and start using the new Ts ones. Might take a set of the steak knives too. I got quite a few of those. :o

When I was driving back from the cinema heading home I saw the aftermaths of a crash. Three cars. A person was waving people to go round it. Fast road. Speed limit was 60 mph. Must have just happened. No emergency services there.

It all makes you think. What if I was running ahead of time  that could have been me. I had gone back to mr t to add some more pts and a quick womble, if I didn't.. Well it might have been me:o

    Weird feeling.

I now awful feeling, last week coming back from A's on the A45 and there had been accident, lorry must have had something to do with it as he was parked on a slip and was walking back up the carriage way where these 2 cars were head on, but he must have clipped it and it turned:eek:

They don't like me anymore :p :rotfl:

Missed a deadline for trying something, can't even remember what it was now, that was how exciting it was and I haven't heard from them since :rotfl:

I just keep getting dog and cat food trials and I don't have either. Have had about half dozen offers in the last week or so.

The one day I got something decent, window wipes which I would have used, trial was already full by the time I saw the invite. I notice they send some late afternoon and I had looked slightly earlier that day. :(

I think about 5 members of my family had complete sets. I had quite a few gift cards left from dtd in April 2011 so used those up. i got a lot then got home and saw a knife set with a flat knife block that someone on here had bought earlier . It was 9pm but i got dressed and went out again as i had to have one. Also got lovely saucepans, baking dishes and baking trays and tins. The management were lurking in the aisle but I knew the manager in that store and he just smiled and let me carry on. I love a good glitch. DD on holiday with fiance this week so spending the week sorting my glitch space and putting up my Keter shelves.

  • I hold my hands up and say that I did report a couple of the viler posts last night.

They were just that. Vile and there was no need for it.
i agree constructive criticism is good, last night was personnal abuse which i pressed the report button on one post.
i do believe in accepting all levels of humour,i miss hc and never saw a post of his i would report but last night was just nasty, drunk or not.

    Evening all.

I'll hold my hand up too, I reported the nastier posts.

My ex washed coloured with whites and I ended up with pink knickers. :o

I like my whites to be white. And I often wash colours on 30 degrees to keep them nice. I'm a fussy mare. ;)
