ahhh, but it doesn't need to be on the supermarket system as a single egg if the blaggards are putting it through as a banana

Ok agreed, so how does that equate to getting a whole chicken for the price of a banana ?

Silly me, they took the egg home and hatched it :rotfl:

    Hi guys
As you guys seem to have given sad dad such good advice, maybe you could help me out as well, I think I maybe taking the Mse ways to a whole new level but I'm thinking of buying the contents of a local shop which has just gone bust but I'm struggling which storage solutions there are quite a lot of large items so I'm going to need a pretty large space but don't really want to go down the route of business lease/rates ect as I hope to be able to shift the stock within 6 months and I have no idea about domestic storage cost sizes ect
    Any ideas welcome

Rent a garage from you local council.

I used my vouchers in Sainsburys, when they had the deodorant as 2 for £2, haven't checked if that offer is still running as i have used all my vouchers.
    HTH

They have them at £1.20 and 4 for £3...cheeky £1 for something else on your shop I reckon...;)

The weighing scales only see (for example) 2kgs worth of weight (a 2kg chicken) and the bagging scales only see 2kgs worth of weight.
Neither actually sees a product, just a number.
I have no idea what 2kgs worth of bananas costs but it's probably less than 2kgs worth of chicken.
A staff member in my local told me people were being caught doing this a few years ago (I think when the SS first came in).
Like someone said, why do it? You can legally take things out the shop at silly prices anyway if you work at it :)

Yep but I think the point is even if the chicken was only 500g, 500g of bananas at 68p a kg would be 34p not 9p, the maths don't add up as frequent has said.

depends on size. I used one between house moves and it was £170ish a month

That was Safestore - used CC vouchers as they are part of Ts double up exchange ;) :money:
