    6 Shops ! Yikes ! :T

Out of curiosity how many APG's was that? I'm always wary of using more than 4/5 per shop or did you have one large one for each shop?

A couple on some shops for almost full value, a big one on a couple. I had to pay cold hard cash for some but the APGs today (and MSL cashback) cover them all pretty much :)

Most I have done is probably 4/5 on one shop where they have been less than £10 and scan.

  • wish me luck DH and I are venturing to Sada to try our first APG shop as desperately need shampoo & body lotions, so hope we can make it work!!:rotfl:

top tip from me (with 4 bad shops to not boast about :D)

    ---> get the EXACT trigger x 1
---> and only 2 'normal' items in the 3 for £5 deal which you've checked will compare nicely vs S on price
---> buy enough fillers, your trigger will disappear as an item so won't count
---> don't buy extra items in the same shop unless you are sure they will compare nicely on price v S

Not sure why people getting these (Avs S) - Carte Noire refill 150g also £2 (but in M, thus Avs M). Carte Noire Ground Coffee 250g even cheaper (by weight) - in 2s Svs A or Avs T.

I'm buying the 2 in As v S as in NI and no Ms here, but will check the ground variety as well, thanks.
  • Afternoon all

Had a nice wee morning, been swimming with DD and then into town for a wander about. Just having a wee cuppa and a catch up now.

Was contemplating A's but come to the conclusion that I can not be bothered! I think a break is required after all :)

  • Afternoon. Had some quite high-value wombles to get rid of today including a record-equalling £11.50ish one so went for using my MOCs that require high-value purchases.

    ASDA cheapest:

Last day of the Andrex Eco coupons for me, so went to ASDA today to get 10 x 4 packs = £12.50 after MOCs.

    v T:

Bought 5 x Flora Pro Activ Buttery Spread using the 50p MOCs. £3 at Tesco, so £2.20 each after APG. Not an amazing price, but been recommended for my cholesterol levels by GP.

    6 x Flora Pro-Activ Skimmed Milk. 2 for £2 at S, 40p each after APG.

    5 x Flora Pro-Activ Probiotic Strawberry Yogurt Drink. £3.39 at S, so £2.56 after APG .
