4.5 lbs of tomatoes turned into pasta sauce, another 5lbs in the oven roasting to also become pasta sauce :j

The second batch has also got fresh chillies in

Both batches have a bulb of garlic in :cool:

Reckon with both batches, there's about 6 months worth of sauce there with the amount we use it, mostly for chilli and spag bol
