Just roasting tomatoes...my sis dropped a large carrier bag off yesterday that she's grown but won't eat..a bit past there best so into the oven they've gone...

sounds delish my o/h just sterilizers the jars while the sauce is cooling in the pot and once cool puts in the sterile jars them pops lid on and in fridge longest we have kept for is month:o and lived to tell the tale:rotfl: i would keep and eat up to 2-3 months i think thou look it up
