I think if my bill had come to that amount my card would suddenly be missing!

Hi all,

I noticed today that a number of orders from Friday - Sunday don't seem to be showing on our site yet. Have raised with Tech to find out what has gone wrong but if you are worried that your order has not tracked please feel free to put a claim in and if the order has tracked after you have submitted this then the team will close it.

Hopefully they will all go in today - I'm waiting on the Gordon Ramsey book to track myself

Can anyone explain why t's charge me a seperate £2 everytime I place a delivery or c+c order. I use a mastercard debit card.
I have asked them by pm on fb.
I don't pay to use this card instore so surely they shouldnt be charging me for online shop.
