I took a loan out in 2000 for £5000 with PPI. I did cancel PPI after two years so it won't be a lot.
I wrote a letter when this all came about direct to the bank but heard nothing.
I received a letter from them saying I have to fill in and send back. Is it even worth it?
Thanks
