Swatch watch - repair or refund?

I bought a swatch watch from Amazon for a birthday present - an automatic chronograph watch.
2 weeks later, the hour chronograph hand has stopped working correctly - it no longer resets to zero.

My options are:
1) Refund through amazon. Gutted it cannot be exchanged as the item price has gone up and there's no equivalent item to replace. New birthday present needed then :(

2) It's obviously covered by the 24 month warranty, but I'm fairly confused as to how/where to send the watch for repair? Would I have to post it to the service centre in Southampton? Has anyone used them in the past?

Any advice on the options above appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

Contact Amazon (that's who your contract is with). Just because the price has gone up doesn't mean they won't replace it. They either have to repair replace or refund (assuming the fault was inherent and not from accident or misuse). They will pick whichever is cheapest for them, which will probably be sending it off for repair. They may just tell you to contact the manufacturer for a warranty repair, but its still best to go to amazon first imho.

You can normally reset the chronograph yourself.
    Which model is it?

For example, the three button models

Press both buttons simultaneously, all three dials should spin 360 degrees

press the reset (bottom right) button, the 1/10th second hand should spin 360 degrees. Press the start/stop button (upper right) and you should see the 1/10th second hand move one click. Keep pressing the upper right button until the 1/10th second hand is aligned (vertical).

Then press the reset button. The second hand should spin 360 degrees. Set the second hand using the start/stop button, as above.

When you have set all three dials in this way, press both buttons simultaneously, and all three dials should spin 360 degrees.

Thanks krisdorey - tried what you suggested but you can't reset by pressing upper right and bottom right button simultaneously.

It's a Swatch Right Track Sunset Automatic -Chrono. The second hand starts when you press the top right and resets with bottom right. The hour hand is just literally stuck at just past the 0 mark. Doesn't seem to move at all. :/

That's for quartz. The one the OP has is mechanical.
