ok this one is from a good 3 years back
opened kalixa account a card that you pre-load i was going to use abroad
it was minimum of £10 to open (£ 4.99 with £5.01 to going into account)
so they sent me the card and the account was dead in the water already
i have no credit problems or anything like that so i rang them up and they wouldnt tell me why i was refused.
so i tryed to get the 5.01 out of the account and had no luck their website NEVER works and i HATE waiting in cues on the phone,
i must have spent about 2hours just trying to get that £5 back in the end i just gave up trying.
if they wernt going to accept me then why take my money and send me a useless card??:mad:
