I currently use TuneUp Utilities for disc and registry cleaning. Would you recommend swapping it for this?

I would give it a try, Sys Mec is a top tool

    Shopping Tips
Don't spend five pounds to dry clean a shirt. Donate it to the charity shop instead. They'll clean it and put it on a hanger. Next morning buy it back for two pounds.

The problem I find with System Mechanic is that it clears all my ID cookies, meaning I have to log on again to my regular sites. Is there a way round this? Otherwise, a great program.

From installing it the other day and being quietly impressed, a quick question.

It appears to have its own malware/adware/spyware removal tool.

Would anyone care to comment on removing Spybot/Adaware that I have at the moment and just using Sys-Mechs own?

I know I'm quoting my own post, but thought this was worth a mention.
Ran Adaware last night after running Sys-Mech and Adaware found 18 items that Sys-Mech had missed. It looks like you still need both.
