    thats a good deal, although i want a minimum of 1.5ghz to kind of future proof it slightly at least for the next 3 - 4 years. not quite so cheap and easy to upgrade laptops, as far as im aware

    well, I'm going to call them tonight to work on the processor a little. I would prefare a 1.6 at least, even if I have to pay a little more I think it will still be worth it.

    I'm going to try to come off like I made a mistake and see what happens ..

    absolute bargain for £431.

    Dell were a little hard to get hold of for questions, and I still havent got any receipt OR a confirmation email for my order [which was over a week ago].

    Going to write a complaint letter and see what they say

    But, overall, really happy ... and the price was fantastic
