  • Might be worth ignoring for now, as said, they might try a CCJ if they get a bite.

    Keep the prove it letter handy, should buy a bit of time if needed.

    Don't bother with a prove it letter, you've only got a couple of months to wait. If they get a prove it letter, they'll probably start bombarding you with correspondence.

    As others have suggested, leave it unless you get something from the court.
