Hi
I had a couple of loans with brokered by kozee loans in 2004 which was secured by my mortgage.
The loan was paid of in 2008 would I be able to reclaim the PPI on this loan.

If a broker was used in 2004 then its unlikely. Most brokers did not become regulated until January 2005. So, they dont need to consider pre 2005 complaints.
You can try but I wouldnt get your hopes up. Plus, with mortgages, you tend to need stronger reasons than loan or credit card as most MPPI complaints fail.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
