My wife opened a cc and flexdirect online. She got offered a high limit so they must have found her on the E-roll.
She got a letter asking for ID. It said
1) 1 of UK passport/photocard DL, in branch
2) 2 of non-UK passport / paper DL / other stuff, in branch
3) 2 items of ID (copies) by post
She brought her photocard DL to the branch. The man copied it and told her to go home and wait for the card. (Different to my experience where the account was opened straight away)
Now they have sent a letter saying she has insufficient ID. Obviously what has happened is he posted it and they are now applying the postal requirements.
She does not have any of the proofs of address they require as she is living with her parents (as stated on the application) and is not on the council tax, utility or phone bills, they said bank statements are not acceptable
How to proceed?

How to proceed? If you cannot produce any of the documents from the tables, please contact your local branch as there may be other forms of identification you can use.
