PPI Reclaim - The Best Method?

Hello

I have 2 credit cards and one bank loan that I'm looking at reclaiming my PPI on.

Is there a company where I can reclaim all 3 in one go or do you have to fill out a separate form for each claim?

I'd happily use a company to do it for me if anybody has any recommendations?

Thanks in advance.

If you have time to contact a claims company you have more than enough time to make the complaint yourself. All they will do is send in any information on you give them and take 30+% of your cash. Occasionally they ask you for specific info. which comes in useful to whoever is handling your complaint. Most of the time they cut and paste generic allegations which have no relevance to your case. Your bank and eventually the FOS will still want to speak to you to clarify what the claims company has written on your behalf. This makes for a very awkward conversation once you realise that your claims company has lied. Just call your bank and say you want all your loans investigated and the bank will do that. The claims co. won't do anything beyond this. In many cases the badly written moronic letters slow the whole process dow

It is highly unlikely your complaint for three different credit cards would be the same with each? e.g. you wouldnt have been sold the same way under the same sales process. So, you would have three different reasons.

You can't just reclaim your money because you feel like it. That's not how it works. If you think there is wrongdoing then you make a complaint using the provider's free of charge complaints process. The same one that CMCs use. They then investigate your complaint and decide if there is any merit to it.

Contact the credit card/bank loan company, they all have PPI contact numbers. Explain you think you've been mis-sold PPI. They may send you forms to fill in, do it. If you've been mis-sold they will repay you with interest. Keep it for yourself and enjoy spending it. Or contact a claims company do exactly the same and give them 30% of what you get back and let them enjoy your cash. I know what I would be doing or have done, DO IT YOURSELf :):)
