  • I couldn't get into my account online for a start yesterday. Did get in eventually though. The first time it said that the service was currently unavailable.
  • Just tried and still nothing happening. Can't find anything online about a problem. Hope it's not some of those Hackers. I think I will wait a while and see what happens.
  • I sometimes have issues logging in. Mine was through the mobile app s few weeks ago. There it system is made of sand and I think could fail at any time like that debacle a while back.

It was immensely frsutrating - NW Webchat unhelpful rep says it's a Sky issue. Sky deny any issues being recorded - then used an O2 dongle - and was unavailable through that but NatWest rep insisting there was no issue.

Asked her where I could invoice NW for wasting an hour of my billable time, as I am self employed and was trying to check my business account for funds to transfer.

Didn't get very far with that.

I've logged in via the android app without issues on a couple of times this morning.
  • Works fine no issue, if you still have issues call telephone banking, if ANY issues with online banking are reported one of their data sources will confirm on the PC, however if nothing is on there then the only explanation is it's something external from the bank.
  • I logged on yesterday and today without any problems. From some of the comments you made it sounds like your internet provider were at fault. I know a few family members have switched from Sky as they were unhappy with their service.
