    Use the contact form on their site. They replied quickly, by phone, when I made an enquiry. There's nothing more disheartening than seeing others get what you're waiting for, so ask them what's up.

    I did just that and received an email to say they are unable to fulfil the order so are refunding me for the watch. Gutted, as I was a present for my mum.:(

    Oh I'm so sorry, dh bought me mine for Christmas, I also ordered an extra bezel and a pair of earrings, no sign or dispatch notice for either of them.

    I got an update that it was at the warehouse but no dispatch when it was actually sent
