I read somewhere that you do not receive the voucher from a referral until 30 days after that person has recieved their order.

log in, hover over my (your) name near the top of the page in the middle, click 'my account' and then 'my invitations'.
Ive got three email addresses

1 is one I sent to a friend who hasn't registered or used it, under status it says awaiting sign up then under the voucher column £10.

2 is I guess someone on here who has ordered because the status says Your Voucher! and the voucher column has a code in it

3 also must be someone from on here, status says registered, the voucher column says -£1.00. so I've no idea what that means!!


at the top of the same page it says
For each friend you invite, you will receive a £10 voucher after they make their first purchase

apparently nobody has use the code, i have been assured by customer services !!

Like others my account says one voucher for £10, one voucher but no code and one that says -£1. I think the last one is waiting until the person who's registered has bought something. I don't know whether I have two vouchers as one is blank yet. Very odd.

Just to follow up...Yesterday I filled in the online contact form and within 2 hours I had a call from Matthew from Achica. Everything was sorted out. It was actually a fault with my touchpad NOT them...so far so good.
