aaaargh! what an absolute nightmare this company are! if you are thinking of switching DONT DO IT! I compared prices and for the first time in February thought I would switch from Southern Elec and British Gas. I have always had prepayment meters which they knew when I switched. I have been tearing my hair out trying to communicate being kept on the phone for over 30 minutes at times only to be cut off. When I have got through nobody seems to be able to make a decision or sort it out.They are billing me months worth of useage yet I still have my meters!! have told them time and time again, if you email they take 3 days or more to reply and now to top it all have just had a call from them to say they tried an erroneous transfer and i was rejected more than once and its my problem to sort by finding a supplier who will accept me!!!! i phoned Southern electric who answered in less than 5 minutes!! who then told me that they had rejected it as FU had not given the right reason which should have been that they cannot support my key meters and all FU had to do was to reply stating that and it could have been done. SE said they never received a reply back from FU???? I am now currently on hold for the 3rd time in a call that took 30 minutes to answer and still nobody knows how to deal with it...its now coming up to an hour in total wasted not to mention the other hours previously spent frustratingly trying to communicate on a basic level..... back on hold yet again because they dont know what to do!!!!!!! cant even get managers names or contact details to complain higher....FRUSTRATED, ANGRY, UPSET...but not giving up!:mad:
