Wheelchair pannier bag

Have been trawling the internet for a bag that will fit on the arm rest of a wheelchair so thought I'd ask the 'experts'.
Usually get stuff from Amazon but their postage has got ridiculous!
Needs:
Very simple fixings - Velcro type, not buckles etc
Needs to be long and not very wide - large wheels on chair
Needs to be reasonable price
Wanted to store knitting, glasses.
Very grateful for any pointers.
